Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using 3DPrintOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Data Ownership

You own your data. All business data you enter into 3DPrintOps — including jobs, quotes, invoices, customers, machines, and materials — remains your property. You can export or delete your data at any time.

3. License to Display

By publishing a business listing on 3DPrintOps, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to display your business name, description, services, location, and contact information in the public directory. You can revoke this license by deactivating or deleting your listing.

4. Customer Data Responsibility

When you enter customer information into 3DPrintOps (names, emails, phone numbers, project details), you are responsible for having appropriate consent to store and process that data. 3DPrintOps acts as a data processor on your behalf — you remain the data controller.

We will not access, use, or share your customer data except as necessary to provide the service. We will never contact your customers directly or use their information for marketing.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Plans & Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts — no charge is made until the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading business information
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Scrape or bulk-download directory data

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep 3DPrintOps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

3DPrintOps is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
